Un día como hoy, 13 de marzo de 1957, un grupo de jóvenes tomaron la emisora Radio Reloj. José Antonio Echeverría desde la cabina daba la noticia del asalto al Palacio Presidencial, para poner fin al régimen de Batista y liberar a Cuba de su tiranía.

En la cuenta oficial de Twitter, el viceministro Primero de Comunicaciones refiere sobre este momento histórico: "¡Pueblo de #Cuba! En estos momentos acaba de ser ajusticiado revolucionariamente el dictador Fulgencio Batista..." parte de una histórica alocución que concluía: ¡CUBANOS!: ¡LA REVOLUCION ESTA EN MARCHA! #MarzoDePatriaOMuerte
