Inicia este 14 de noviembre la segunda visita Gubernamental del presidente cubano, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, acompañado del Consejo de Ministros a la provincia de Guantánamo.

Por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones participa el ministro Jorge Luis Perdomo Di-Lella, en el territorio guantanamero da seguimiento a los acuerdos adoptados en la anterior visita gubernamental.
