The portable computer application Mincom Regulations will allow you to access and consult the regulatory framework of telecommunications, postal services and information technology in the country, as well as allow you to access other sections easily.
Directions for use
Download the file MINCOM Regulations.
Verify that your smart mobile device or your portable personal computer or Desktop has the necessary storage capacity available according to the size of the application.
Create a folder with the name of the application on your smart mobile device or your personal laptop or desktop computer and copy the application the Mincom.zip Regulations file
Enter the Mincom Regulations file and open the application starting from the file named Home.html.
Successive updates of the application can be obtained through the institutional site of the Ministry of Communications (www.mincom.gob.cu)
The computer tool works on smart mobile devices (phones, tablets or similar) or personal laptops or desktops with the minimum technical characteristics following:
Smart mobile devices:
- Android operating system.
- ARMv6 processor at 800 Mhz or equivalent.
- Adreno 200 GPU or equivalent.
- 256 MB of RAM.
- 512 MB of ROM.
- Multi-touch.
- Web browser Mozilla Firefox 5.0 0 higher.
- PDF file reader.
- Windows or GNU-Linux operating systems and those based on it.
- Dual-core processor at 1.5 GHz or higher.
- RAM: 256 MB or higher.
- Web browser Moxilla Firefox 5.0 or higher.
- PDF file reader.
