Pablo Julio Pla Feria graduated in Santiago de Cuba, from the Superior Polytechnic Institute ¨Julio Antonio Mella¨ as a Telecommunications Engineer. He has worked uninterruptedly for 25 years in the communications sector. His working life started in 1993 at the Integral Communications Enterprise (Empresa Integral de Comunicaciones), after that he held several positions until he was appointed Regional Director of ETECSA of Las Tunas province. He was also designated as delegate of the Communications Minister in Las Tunas and subsequently appointed Director of Technological Development and Investments of the institution. By means of the Resolution No.38 from November 14 th , 2016 of the Council of Ministers he is promoted to General Director of Communications of the Ministry of Communications.
